Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of personal data associated with Epix Software websites, Meta apps, WhatsApp Business integrations, client portals, and automation systems.

Option 1: Remove app access through Meta

If you connected a Facebook, Instagram, Meta Business, or WhatsApp Business asset to an Epix-powered integration, you can revoke access through Meta:

  1. Go to your Facebook or Meta account settings.
  2. Open Settings & privacy, then Settings.
  3. Go to Apps and Websites or your business integrations area.
  4. Find the app named Epix or the relevant Epix Software integration.
  5. Select Remove or revoke the app's access.

Option 2: Email a deletion request

You can request deletion directly by emailing us.

To help us locate the correct records, include any relevant details you are comfortable sharing, such as:

What we delete

Where Epix controls the data, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with the request, which may include contact form submissions, conversation records, webhook logs, message metadata, stored order details, and integration records.

If the data belongs to or is controlled by a client business, we may coordinate with that business or direct the request to them. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, abuse-prevention, or contractual reasons.

Timing

We aim to review deletion requests promptly and complete deletion within a reasonable period after verifying the request and identifying the relevant data.
